The Need For Continuing Education In Health Care Development

One of the biggest issues facing human resources professionals today, is the need to train and develop the organization’s employees. The development of a skilled and educated workforce is seen as an ongoing priority that is being woven into many organization’s strategic plans.

Continuing education should aim at keeping people professionally alive, growing and productive. It is an answer to those who believe they have reached their professional limits. Continuing education itself is difficult to define since it seems to mean all things to all people.
